Lyndsey Watson is an ordained minister, spiritual counselor, group facilitator and inspirational speaker. Her counseling style is one of loving compassion and clear intention, where she draws from her own experience in recovery from addictions and the death of her husband. She is a non-judgmental listener and a master of creating and holding sacred space for people who are ready for the challenge to go deep within themselves to connect with their true nature.

Lyndsey is certified in the SpiritSong technique, SomaEnergetics™ (tuning forks) vibrational healing, and is a Watsu practitioner-in-training. She has led song circles, private sessions, and practiced spirit singing, herself, for 15 years. Her commitment is to assist women in bringing their voices out of hiding to experience the power of truly being heard. Lynn is also a singer/songwriter and has produced two CDs of her original, heart-opening songs.

Lyndsey’s passions include singing, swimming, eating healthfully, sharing experiences with friends, meditation, loving her Samoyed dog, Tripper, and laughing at life.
